- 1 cup sugar granulated
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt if your peanut butter isn’t salted
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). You want it nice and hot when those cookies hit the sheet!
Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and sugar until it’s smooth and well combined.
Step 3: Add in the egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and pinch of salt. Mix it all up until everything is nicely blended.
